The crucifix doesn't by any means look too modern to me but I'm not an expert. (For me, it's just wondering whether the garlic would still be in a recognizable form.) And I appreciate people like Alex blurring the line of non/fiction as we become overly dependent on websites to tell us our history. The point is, ultimately, that I understand these kits to be genuine artifacts. Whether this one is or not, I've read of these kits existing as genuine and that's amazing to me.

Hmm... I'm not 100% convinced that this is authentic. The crucifix looks a little too modern to me.
My bf Alex CF happens to make vampire hunting kits and the likes as a living. Chek 'em out - I'm sure you'll love them.
